The challenge
New RMC batching plant needed HSPCB Consent to Establish plus a full dust-control stack before commissioning could begin. Client had already lost 3 weeks with a previous consultant who filed an incomplete application.
What we did
- ▸Fresh CTE application filed on the HSPCB portal with a corrected dust-mitigation plan
- ▸Three-sided tin-sheet enclosure with wind-breaker mesh installed around the mixer
- ▸50m throw anti-smog gun deployed at the loading bay with continuous sprinkler ring
- ▸CPCB-listed AQI sensor mounted at 4m with 4G uplink to HSPCB API
- ▸Four PTZ cameras with 30-day NVR covering mixer, loading bay, exit gate and stockpile
Outcome
- ✓CTE issued on day 12 with no re-inspection required
- ✓Commissioning began the same week without loss of scheduled dispatch
- ✓Client moved to annual audit-report AMC after go-live
