RTSP Link DPCC — How to Generate & Integrate the PTZ Camera Feed
A PTZ camera on the boundary is only half the job. The DPCC portal needs a working RTSP URL to pull the live feed, and most installers stop at hardware. We generate the RTSP link, configure the static IP or DDNS route, register the camera on the DPCC portal and verify the stream live with the zonal officer.

Which Delhi NCR construction sites need DPCC registration?
Every construction or demolition site with a built-up area above 500 sqm in Delhi must register on the DPCC web portal before excavation. In Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida the same threshold applies via UPPCB / HSPCB under CAQM directives.
What is CAQM Direction 85 and does it apply to my site?
CAQM Direction No. 85 (December 2024) makes continuous ambient air-quality monitoring mandatory at every C&D site above 500 sqm in the entire NCR. You need a CPCB-listed AQI sensor pushing live data to the DPCC central server.
How fast can you get a 1,500 sqm site DPCC-compliant?
Typically 7–10 working days. Registration runs in parallel with equipment installation — AQI sensor, PTZ cameras and anti-smog gun. First monthly audit report is filed in week 2.
Do you offer rental for anti-smog guns and PTZ cameras?
Yes. We offer monthly rental with installation and on-call service, or outright sale with 1-year warranty and AMC. Equipment is sized per DPCC SOP for your plot area.
We received a DPCC show-cause notice — can you help?
