DPCC-Approved AQI / PM2.5 / PM10 Sensor Installation

An air quality monitor is the single piece of equipment that DPCC inspectors check first when they walk onto a construction site. They open the central dashboard on a phone, search for your project, and expect to see a reading from the last fifteen minutes. If the screen is blank, nothing else on site matters that day.

We have learnt that the difference between a sensor that works in the workshop and one that holds up through a Delhi summer is in the details that nobody enumerates in the data sheet. The mounting pole has to be anchored deep enough that scaffolding crews cannot loosen it. The enclosure has to drain when monsoon rain finds the cable gland. The SIM card has to be on a network with reliable coverage at that exact GPS coordinate, and a second SIM on a different operator has to take over when the first one slows down.

Every sensor we install comes from a CPCB listed manufacturer and is calibrated within the last twelve months. We mount the unit between three and four metres above ground, well clear of anti smog spray and vehicle exhaust, and run the API integration against your DPCC account in the same visit. Before we leave the site, your engineer can see the live reading on the portal from their own phone.

After commissioning, our monitoring team watches uptime around the clock. When a unit drops offline, we dispatch a field engineer the same day rather than waiting for a complaint, and our annual maintenance contract covers calibration, consumables and replacement of any component that fails inside the year.
