Registering a construction site with the Delhi Pollution Control Committee is rarely as simple as filling in an online form. The portal asks for a sanctioned building plan, owner and contractor KYC, a project schedule, a tailored dust mitigation plan, and a set of declarations on stamp paper. A single missing annexure pushes the file into a queue that can sit untouched for weeks while your contractors stand idle on the plot.
