DPCC-Compliant PTZ CCTV Camera Installation

DPCC mandates 360° PTZ CCTV cameras at every construction site boundary, with 24×7 live streaming to the DPCC portal. We install IP cameras from approved OEMs, configure the live feed, and provide on-site NVR storage with 30-day backup — fully audit-ready.

PTZ cameras look straightforward on paper. In practice they are the most common cause of avoidable DPCC notices we encounter, because installing a camera and registering it on the DPCC portal are two different jobs and most installers stop after the first one. The hardware works, the local recorder fills up obediently, but the zonal officer logs in and sees a black square where your live feed should be.

Our installation begins with a boundary walk to map blind spots and decide where each camera will sit. We favour galvanised poles anchored in fresh concrete, weatherproof junction boxes, and surge protection on every power and network line because Delhi summers are brutal on outdoor electronics. The cameras themselves are four megapixel or eight megapixel pan tilt zoom units from manufacturers DPCC inspectors recognise on sight.

The piece that separates a working CCTV system from a compliant one is the live feed integration. We register the RTSP stream against your project on the DPCC portal, configure the static IP or DDNS routing through your site router, and then call the zonal office to verify that the officer can see the feed from their end. Only after that confirmation do we consider the installation finished.

Footage is recorded continuously to an on site network video recorder with thirty days of rolling storage on enterprise grade surveillance drives. The site team gets a mobile app login so the project manager can pan and zoom from anywhere, and our service contract covers any hardware failure during the warranty period.

Frequently asked

How many PTZ cameras does my site need?

DPCC requires camera coverage of the entire site boundary plus the main gate. For a typical 1,000–2,000 sqm site, 2–4 cameras are sufficient.

Do you provide rental or only outright sale?

Both. We offer monthly rental with installation, or outright sale with 1-year warranty plus AMC.
